9 DAYS 8 NIGHTS KENYAN SAFARI
Day 1: Arrival Nairobi Arrive in Nairobi where you will be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel for relaxation and overnight stay. You can choose to do excursions in Nairobi like visiting Giraffe Centre, Nairobi National Park or David Sheldrick at an extra cost. Overnight at Ibis Styles Hotel Nairobi. Day 2: Nairobi – Masai Mara Breakfast then pick up from the hotel and head to Masai Mara National Reserve with a stop over at the Great Rift Valley View Point. You will arrive in time for lunch. Check in at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge and head for an afternoon game drive after lunch and relaxation. Masai Mara is famous for the big 5, wildebeest migration and other all year round resident wildlife. Later head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Dinner and overnight at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge. Day 3: Full day Masai Mara After breakfast depart for a full day game drive with an option of carrying picnic lunch or head back to the lodge for lunch. There is also an option of heading for an early morning balloon safari or visiting the Masai Villages in the evening. On this day, you will also head to Mara River where the wildebeest migration happens. Dinner and overnight at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge. Day 4: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru Early morning breakfast, check out and then depart Masai Mara Reserve for Lake Nakuru National Park with a game drive en route as you exit Masai Mara. You will arrive in Nakuru in time for lunch. Later head out for an afternoon game drive in this park which is famous for its abundance of flamingoes and other wildlife species. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. Day 5: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha Breakfast then proceed for a morning game driveas you exit the park for Lake Naivasha, a beautiful fresh water lake which is also famous for a variety of bird species and other animals like zebras and girrafes. The park is famous for its beautiful views of Mount Kilimanjaro the open plains. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge. Day 7: Full Day Amboseli Breakfast then head out to Amboseli National Park for a a full day game drive with an option of carrying packed lunch or heading back to the lodge for lunch. Amboseli is famous for its large heards of elephants with huge tusks. Later, head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Dinner and overnight at Amboseli Sopa Lodge. Day 8: Amboseli – Nairobi After breakfast, you will proceed for a morning game drive en route as you exit the park. 2 DAYS 1 NIGHTS OL PEJETA
Day 1: Nairobi – Ol pejeta Conservancy. Pick up from your place of stay at around 7:30am and drive North towards Nanyuki where Ol Pejeta Conservancy is located with a stopover at the equator crossing. This is an imaginary line that divides the earth into 2 hemispheres: north and south. There is a big sign indicating the equator crossing where you may want to take photos. Later proceed with the journey arriving in time for lunch. Check in at Sweetwaters Serena Camp, have lunch and proceed for an afternoon game drive up to around 6pm. Ol Pejeta is a privately owned game conservancy, offering views of Mount Kenya and lots of wildlife species which includes all the big five (the African elephant, lion, leopard, Cape buffalo, rhinoceros) and other resident wildlife. Ol Pejeta also has a chimpanzee sanctuary where it is the only place in Kenya where you can see Chimps. The rare and endangered species of the northern white rhino are also found here. Later, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight. DINNER AND OVERNIGHT AT SERENA SWEETWATERS CAMP Day 2: Ol Pejeta – Nairobi. Early morning breakfast at the camp before proceeding for another game drive.
